Thank you for choosing Spiffy's Cleaners fund raiser to support

your public schools/non profit organization

Beginning on ____________________2009, Spiffy's Cleaners will make a

contribution to the your organization on the 15th of the month following

each quarter (January 15th, April 15th, and October 15th). The contribution

will be in the amount of 10% of all ORIGINAL RECEIPTS collected and

turned in at the above Spiffy's location by the last day of that quarter

(March 31st, June 30th, and September 30th, and December 31st) or within 5

days after the end of the quarter. ONLY ORIGINAL RECEIPTS (no reprinted

receipts, credit card receipts or statements accepted) dated between the

effective date and the termination date of this contract will be included in

the calculation. The person in charge of your fund raising is responsible

for delivering the receipts to our corporate office (8092 S. Yale Ave.).

Each new customer signed up by your organization must sign up and use

our Free home/office pick-up and delivery service. After determining (after

looking at application address) if the new customer is in our delivery

boundary the customer will be notified. If the customer is not in our

boundaries they may still turn in their receipts from dropping off their

cleaning at one of our four convenient locations. Check our new web site
